Born in the city of Córdoba, Virginia Pandolfi took her first steps in tango with local teachers before moving to Buenos Aires, where she quickly established herself within the vibrant artistic scene.

Her early years were shaped by a focus on stage tango, but her career eventually gravitated toward the rich traditions of improvisation, social dancing, and the milonguero style.

As a dancer and teacher, Virginia has traveled the globe, proudly representing her country and its culture. Along the way, she partnered with some of tango’s most celebrated dancers, forming iconic duos that remain cherished in the memories of tangueros worldwide.

She has participated in festivals on every continent, not only as a teacher and performer but also as a jury member for official competitions, including the prestigious Tango World Cup held annually in Buenos Aires.

Virginia’s dance is the product of two defining pillars: her deep love of tango and her unwavering commitment to her craft. As a teacher, she creates a space where students are encouraged to embrace these values as foundational principles for learning.

Over the years, she has developed a unique teaching method characterized by precise, detailed instruction that equips students with the tools needed to master technique while fostering ease and creative freedom in their dance.

Since 2020, Virginia has expanded her reach by offering online classes and video tutorials, which can be purchased through her website. These complement her in-person group and private classes, taught both in Argentina and internationally, ensuring that her expertise remains accessible to students around the world.
